Dublin Ireland

Dublin Ireland

My wife Susan and I love to travel, and we try and celebrate our anniversary every year with a trip somewhere. This year, it was the Emerald Isle. Our adventure began in Dublin.

We arrived in the middle of the afternoon, and the weather for our time in Dublin was unusually warm and sunny, so we dropped our bags and headed out. Our hotel, Stauntons on the Green is right across the street from St Stephen’s Green, a beautiful park in the city center.

Dublin does not do mornings.

Everything is pretty quiet before 10 AM, but with well over 700 pubs, Dublin is very lively from midday through the wee hours. We spent our time in Dublin strolling through different areas of the city, touring the river, taking in the sights, enjoying the pubs and socializing with the locals and other travelers.

  2. Great pics as usual, Steve! Dublin is so fun and friendly and you captured that. Glad you made it to the Guinness factory! And as Julie already said, there should be a dark beer emoji!
